4.Exchange & Return request has to be raised within 30 days of signing of parcel.

5.Each side bears the freight on its side.

6.Shipping method is Standard for replacement.

Exchange & Return Process

1. Customer raises Exchange & Return issue and we communicate. 

2.  Agreement is made and customer arrange shipping back.

3.  After returned package reaches us, we will inspect the condition and communicate with customer.

4.  Replacment or refund is made within 3 days when received.
